I love Mother’s Day. It reminds me to consciously pause and remember my mom. I was blessed to have a wonderful mother who taught me about love through example. She was a powerhouse. When she prayed, God said, “yes ma'am!” I learned that love and strength can go hand in hand. As a Spiritual Practitioner, she used to see 40 clients a week and did that for 30 years. She had a connection with Spirit that produced healing results. She demonstrated the power of the heart and mind over the conditions of this world.

Mother’s Day is a wonderful time to take a moment to reconnect with your mother, whether in this plane of existence or in another. The love that brought you two together in this world transcends time and space and will surely unite you again if that is your heart’s desire. A great way to accomplish that is to remember something you appreciated and let that lead you into picking up the phone or simply opening your heart connection so you two can communicate your love.
